Cookie Policy
1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files saved by the site in your browser. “localStorage” is similar storage that stays in your browser and is not automatically sent to the server. We use them minimally, described below.
2. Strictly necessary storage (localStorage)
These values stay in your browser so the platform can work. They do not track you across sites.

4. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — optional

We do not send the content of your messages or thoughts to analytics.
5. Third-party services that may process data on loading
- Wikimedia / Open Library / TMDB — when loading artwork images, book covers and film posters, these providers may process your IP address (they do not set tracking cookies on our behalf).
- YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) — only if you start a trailer; until then, nothing loads from YouTube.
6. Consent and control
On your first visit we show a banner: you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Analytics loads only if you accept, and your choice is also passed via Consent Mode. You can change your choice at any time from the 🍪 button (“Cookie preferences”) shown on the site, and from your browser settings you can block or delete cookies and local storage at any time.
