1. Who we are
neSpus (https://nespus.purceas.com) is operated by IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL, a company registered in România:

2. What neSpus is
neSpus is a cultural discovery app — “scrolling that leaves you smarter”. The promise: you open neSpus and leave with an idea worth your time. The platform includes:
- Today (the homepage) — the idea of the day: a one-minute ritual, with a new cultural idea every day.
- Flow (/flow) — a vertical feed of short cultural capsules (art, history, science, taste, cinema, sound, poetry, motion), each with sources and honest certainty labels (FACT / LEGEND / INTERPRETATION / STORY). You can react, save and comment. The feed is not secretly infinite: it ends when you have seen what is new. Occasionally there are limited-time themed series (seasonal cards).
- Idea pages (
/idee/…) — every capsule has its own page, with the cited sources. - Explore (/explore) — the library of worlds: art, taste (Foods), cinema (The Big Screen), sound, poetry, motion — plus cultural trails (/trasee) and the living map of culture (/harta).
- Play (/play) — cultural intelligence quests; the first is “The Voivode's Chamber”, a mystery room about Vlad the Impaler, with historical information honestly labelled (fact / legend / fiction).
- Hermes — the platform's contextual AI guide (chatbot): it explains ideas, recommends universes, gives hints in the game. Conversations with Hermes are not saved on our servers.
- Constellations — the personal layer of neSpus: you leave a good thought, anonymously, which becomes a star on a shared sky, in a constellation you choose; anyone can send it a symbolic light (a “candle”), you can ask the oracle (symbolic AI answers) and link your thought to someone else's through a code. It is a space for personal reflection inside the app.
- Community — the Wall (/wall) with public fragments, Portals (/portals — scheduled, text-only rooms run by a host), 1:1 messages (/inbox) and a public profile (
/@your-name) with an optional profile photo.
3. The cultural content and its sources
- Cultural capsules are written with the help of artificial intelligence and anchored on cited sources (e.g. Wikipedia); the FACT / LEGEND / INTERPRETATION / STORY labels tell you how certain the information is. Errors are possible — if you find one, report it and we will correct it.
- The content is informational and educational, not professional advice (medical, dietary, legal, financial). Nutrition values in Foods are estimates; for allergies or conditions, consult a specialist. Sounds are offered for discovery and relaxation, not as therapy.
- Images and audio come from sources with a clear licence for display: Wikimedia Commons (art, photos, Creative Commons / public-domain sounds), TMDB (film posters), Open Library (book covers) — with attribution shown. If you hold rights and believe something is used incorrectly, write to us and we will remove it promptly.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to publish content or create an account. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these conditions.
5. Your account (optional)
You can read and explore neSpus without an account. Optionally, you may create an account with email and password — required for comments, saved collections, 1:1 messages and Portals. Passwords are stored irreversibly (hash + salt); we cannot see them. You can optionally enable two-factor authentication (2FA, TOTP codes). The account has a public profile (/@your-name) with your display name and, if you choose, a profile photo. You can delete your account yourself, permanently, from “My Universe” → Account (see also the Privacy Policy).
6. Your content and its public nature
- Thoughts in Constellations are public and anonymous after moderation: they appear on the shared sky (without your name or email) and have a public link (of the form
/s/…). There is no “private” option for them; each thought has a limit of 90 words. We do not guarantee the confidentiality of a link you choose to share. - Comments, reviews, poems and Wall fragments are public, can be left only with an account, and appear with your display name.
- Portal messages are text-only, moderated, visible to participants and do not remain public after the room closes.
- 1:1 messages are private, between you and the recipient.
Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for what you publish. Do not include personal data (yours or others') — full names, addresses, phone numbers, medical or financial data, etc. Do not write information about other people that could identify or affect them, without their consent.
7. The licence you grant us
The content remains yours. By publishing (thoughts, comments, poems, reviews, fragments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and transferable licence to store, publicly display, moderate and process the content for the purpose of operating the platform — including to generate the AI response or the share card, if you request it. This licence lasts as long as the content exists on the platform; on deletion, it ends.
8. Prohibited content
To keep this place civil and lawful, it is forbidden to publish content that:
- contains personal data of other people without their consent;
- incites hatred, discrimination or violence, or contains threats, harassment or intimidation;
- is sexually explicit, especially anything involving minors;
- promotes self-harm or suicide;
- contains sensitive data (health, religion, orientation, financial data) about identifiable persons;
- targets or exposes children;
- is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights (including copyright) of others;
- is spam, advertising, fraud or malicious code.
If you are in crisis, neSpus is not an emergency service. In Romania you can call free at 0800 801 200 (Anti-suicide hotline) or 112. Wherever you are, please reach out to a local support line or emergency number.
9. Moderation, removal and account suspension
We use automated moderation (including AI) to filter inappropriate content before display. We reserve the right to refuse, hide or remove any content that breaches these terms or the law, without prior notice. Public comments may be left only by users with an account; an account that publishes abusive or unlawful content may be banned. You can report content directly from the platform or by writing to us at hermes@nespus.online.
10. Artificial intelligence
The platform uses artificial-intelligence models (hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure) for: generating and verifying the cultural capsules (anchored on sources), the Hermes guide, the oracle in Constellations, content moderation and semantic search. AI responses are automatically generated and may contain errors. They do not constitute professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial or religious. The symbolic interpretations in Constellations (stars, lights, the oracle's answers) are purely artistic, for reflection and entertainment — not predictions, and not a basis for important decisions.
11. Copyright and takedown notice
The works of art displayed are mostly in the public domain; images, posters and covers come from sources licensed for display (Wikimedia Commons, TMDB, Open Library), with attribution.
User-posted content (poems, texts, comments): by posting, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have the necessary permission. Do not post copyrighted works that are not yours (e.g. poems by contemporary authors) without the right to do so. You are responsible for what you post.
How to report an infringement (notice & takedown): if you are a rights holder and believe content on the platform infringes your rights, write to us at hermes@nespus.online with: (1) the link/identification of the content, (2) a description of the protected work, (3) your contact details and (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. We remove flagged content promptly (usually within a few business days). You can also report directly from the “Report” button on content.
12. No warranties
neSpus is provided “as is” and “as available”, with care, but without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or the permanent preservation of content.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, for content published by users, or for the loss or exposure of content you choose to make public or share.
14. The platform's intellectual property
The name neSpus, the design, the code and the experience belong to us and are protected. Content left by users remains theirs, as set out in the sections above.
15. Availability, changes and suspension
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the platform at any time. In case of abuse (spam, attacks, breach of terms), we may limit or block access, including by limiting the number of actions (rate limiting).
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations (including the GDPR). For any legal request: hermes@nespus.online.
17. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The current version, with the date of the last update, is the one on this page.
